I booked last week as my daughter needed a trim and our hairdressers wasn't available. We booked with Yasmine and she was fantastic. She was friendly, very helpful and made my daughter felt at ease instantly. It was my first time going and now I will be booking for myself. The salon is beautiful, extremely clean, and all the ladies seem very professional and you could see they really care for their customers.

Heir Salon is in fantastic location & the atmosphere is warm and inviting. I was a model for a Highlighting service with Ella, I am very pleased with my colour and Blowdry. I received an excellent service, quality products & a friendly professional approach. Thank you Ella & I look forward to you doing my hair again. Highly recommend.

Had my 1st visit yesterday and have to say, Charlotte was so lovely and welcoming. I don't live near but due to the reviews I had read took a chance and so glad I did ! I went in very nervous and was put at ease almost straight away. Charlotte explained every step to me, and keeping my hair healthy and undamaged was the main priority- which I appreciated and although I'm only at the start of my hair journey, left with beautiful hair ! Can't wait to return and have Charlotte do my hair ! Absolutely recommend x

Beautiful salon. My hair was box dyed prior to visiting and had a lot of warmth. I was desperate to get a creamy natural looking blonde. Charlotte achieved this and more, the transformation was magical. The blonde is amazing and my hair is also glossy and smooth. Highly recommend.

Ella thank you so much for doing my hair, I am truly overwhelmed by how amazing it looks! Going from my natural quite dark brown colour with some very old blonde damaged ends, to a perfect blonde tone for my skin colour, I couldn’t be happier. In fact I cried happy tears! You were so attentive and careful, giving me an easy to maintain colour whilst still covering my greys. I’ve had it blonde before and it’s always been a bit yellow and I’ve had to return to other salons for additional toners and never really been happy. But today, seeing the big reveal I couldn’t believe my eyes, a lovely ash blonde, perfectly blended, you got it spot on! I drove straight to my husbands work to show off, can’t thank you enough! The salon is a truly special place, where the senior stylists are guiding and coaching the apprentices, giving them confidence and ensuring they give customer the best service. I will definitely be returning here
